Dir: Harry Edwards USA 1926 62 mins
In Harry Langdon's first feature film, Tramp, Tramp, Tramp, a young man goes West - on foot. Very popular with audiences on its release, this movie established Langdon as a screen funnyman comparable in stature to Chaplin, Keaton and Lloyd and provided a very early major screen role for Harry's love interest (Betty) Joan Crawford. This screening will be introduced by passionate Langdon fan - triple Oscar®-winning winning animator Richard Williams. The film is delightful discovery from one of silent comedy's finest 'lost clowns' presented here with live piano accompaniment.
